Historic leakages are the best predictor of future leakages. Despite its triviality, it is a powerful and useful observation that forms the base of SI-Hotspot. This tool highlights the areas in the network with the highest concentration of leakages. The tool applies a algorithm to execute the clustering smartly and responsibly.

The analysis can be seen as an add-on to SI-Cluster. The figure below shows a cluster and the area of concentration of historic leakages.
