SynergieNL

Most utilities know which pipes they want to replace in the coming years, but others have plans too. SynergieNL is the online platform for Dutch stakeholders to align projected replacement works in the underground and share them with energy network operators and municipalities, amongst others. SynergieNL smoothens the discussion between the different stakeholders because all data can be found at a central location, users can prepare the meetings digitally instead of bringing big files and paper documents and drawings to the meeting.

Substantial savings

Years of experience with SynergieNL in the Dutch province Noord-Brabant has led to millions euros of savings due to combined execution projects. Teaming up is not always possible, but when two or more stakeholders join forces, double work can be prevented and costs can be shared. This comes in addition to the reduction of nuisance for citizens.

Efficient meetings

The participants in SynergieNL upload their intended activities to SynergieNL. Their data is well protected and will only be shown to selected users. Contractors and investors are excluded from SynergieNL, the platform is open for drinking water utilities, energy network operators, municipalities and social housing organisations only. Before the periodic meeting about teaming up and alignment of activities starts, all participants can view the intended work of the other stakeholders. So during the meeting, time can be spent on agreeing about joining forces or on -deliberately chosen- separate projects.

SynergieNL offers the possibility to refresh the data automatically. Bidirectional, so the upload of data to the platform as well as the download of permitted data and the minutes of the discussed projects. Training is available for all users involved in the alignment activity.
